The short version

Where each one fits

vs. GoToMyAccounts

Kwiqli adds recurring billing with volume and tiered pricing, one overdue reminder per customer with aging, and card surcharging on QuickBooks Online. It also has a free plan and no per-record fees on top of the monthly price.

vs. EBizCharge

EBizCharge bundles its portal with its own merchant account, so you switch processors to use it. Kwiqli works with the Stripe, Nexio or QuickBooks Payments account you already have.

vs. InvoiceSherpa

Strong on reminders and payments, but it won't put your portal on your own domain for QBO users, and it adds 1% on every paid invoice on top of its monthly plan.

vs. QuickBooks Payments alone

Fine for one-off invoices. There's no customer portal, reminders go out per invoice, and you're tied to Intuit's rates. Kwiqli keeps QuickBooks Payments as an option and adds the rest.
